UCLA Men's Basketball Signs Three New Players
Bruins Look to Bolster Roster for 2023-2024 Season
Program Adds Size, Depth, and Athleticism
LOS ANGELES, Calif. – The UCLA Bruins men's basketball program has announced the signing of three incoming players for the 2023-2024 season. The trio includes two forwards and one center, all of whom are expected to contribute immediately.
The forwards are 6'9" forward Adem Bona and 6'8" forward Andrej Stojakovic. Bona is a five-star recruit from Nigeria who is known for his athleticism and shot-blocking ability. Stojakovic is a four-star recruit from Serbia who is a skilled scorer and rebounder.
The center is 7'0" center Tyler Bey. Bey is a four-star recruit from the United States who is a strong defender and rebounder. He is also a good passer and has the potential to develop into a complete player.
"We are excited to add these three talented players to our program," said UCLA head coach Mick Cronin. "They each bring something different to the table, and we believe they will all be able to make an immediate impact."
The Bruins finished the 2022-2023 season with a 22-13 record and reached the NCAA Tournament. They are expected to be a contender for the Pac-12 title in 2023-2024.
